The parcel was sent on the 12th of February andwas supposed to be in Secunda the latest on the 14th. I phone Speed Services every day after that and the only excuse is that it has been sent. The last call made today around 13h15 was that it should be here tomorrow.
This is unacceptable as one pays top dollar to have a parcel delivered withing 48 hours!!
Poor poor service and excuses made!!!
