Poor product quality & no aftersales service

My wife bought me a pair of Tag sunglasses for Christmas 2012. I wore them once. The second day I cleaned the lenses with the cloth supplied, which is embroyded with Tag logo. The paint rubbed off the frames. I took them back the next day. The shop aknowledeged the concern. Tag SA was contacted. It took them nearly 2 months to make a decision to replace the frames. When the sunglasses arrived back for me to collect, I asked the lady in the shop to clean the lenses. Guess what - the paint also came off the new frames! I askes that the tag rep bring some other style and colour types for me to choose a different finish. People at Tag are permanently on leave! I got my money back and bought a pair of Oakleys! Dont waste your time or money on genuine tag products - over priced and no quality or aftersales back-up. Only thing decent about them are their adverts.
