TPN Credit Bureau - Rental management department
I had a problem with reports (not being able to pull any) and a website quarry regarding a time out problem I personally have with a comment on improvement. I sent it quite late expecting a reply only the next day.
They replied the same day helping me with my reports (I was just being blind) and sending their IT department my recommendation, even if they don't accept my recommendation it was at least nice being listened to.
Very good service with friendly and understanding Staff.
Recommended to anyone that needs a Rental management system.
