On sunday my son (aged 7) spied a colouring book that he wanted, so we gave him money and allowed him to "make the purchase himself" to learn dealing with people and money etc.
Yvonne, realising he is still learning, greeted him in a very friendly way, demonstrated fantastic customer service, guided him through the whole process with a big smile and great personality. Most of the other shops we've been to don't have time to indulge children "buying and learning" but Yvonne went above and beyond the extra mile. Thank you for making my boy's day :)
