I have placed 3 seperate orders with Amazon Uk, All the same thing 1st on 9th Nov 2012 for a cell phone cover, never received, presumed lost. 2nd 17Dec, again nil received, contacted Atlasville post office to make enquires and no joy, waited a further few weeks and still received neither, contacted Saloshnee (area Manager), advised she would contact Atlasville and said nothing, I explained 2 couldnt both be lost, ordered a 3rd on the 7Jan and again nil received. I again contcated Saloshnee and she is extremely disinterested and constantly passing the buck. I asked where else I could check as there is no way 3 are missing, I have checked all surrounding main hubs and post offices, she has given me incorrect numbers and contact people, she has never once followed up to check on anything and to this day still nothing received, I contacted Atlasville 5 mins ago. I reordered a 4th from Amazon in the UK and had it postedto a UK address and surprise surprise they received it and my friend will endeavour to post with a tracking number. What shocking service from a pathetic SA post service, which offers no service...
