Still waiting for credit return on account numer # 1701063810 for the amount of R 4, 645.36. i popped into Kempton municipality a few months to initiate the payment, i was told that Mr Herman Prinsloo would have to do it. i was told it would take upto six weeks for money to be refunded it is now 3 months later and still nothing. what is going on???
