I bought a brand new gas heater and paid for a new 9kg gas bottle, Builders Warehouse in Strubensvalley told me to go to the back of the warehouse to collect the bottle.
It was so filthy dirty I had to wash it before I could even use it. This is highway robbery that I pay for something new and get this filthy old bottle. I am not happy and being a pensioner this made me really upset. Why can't your bottles be steam cleaned and serviced before they go out to the warehouses. They kept outside where they just get wet and dirty. I would have expected a new clean bottle, even if it was empty and I had to take it to a gas supplier to get it filled. I don't know where this bottle has been and I really am not happy with this service.
Now when I go to exchange it I suppose I get another filthy one.
