Bad Quality in Packaging

I am very disappointed in the quality of the packaging of the Johnson's & Johnson's body wash.

I recently bought the Johnson's African Nurture Body Wash and as I placed some of them on my scrunch the bottle slipped out of my hand and the plastic bottle broke.

A half of a bottle of the body wash came out of the bottle and it's now a huge waste.

I have sent an email to [Email Removed] with pictures.

Im really not happy that the quality of the plastic bottle is so flimsy.
