My name is Zakhi Ntuli (8705210733081) one of your customer. I took my car for service yesterday morning 20/08/2021 Audi Centre Sandton.
I am writing to your company about my phone, a white Nokia C2 stolen out of my cabby holder. I believe that this occurred during the time my car was there for service.
I'm so disappointed and shocked that a reputable brand like Audi would have such individuals who see it fit to maliciously take customer's property.
I have alerted your sales personnel about the matter and they said they would check for the phone.
I will be opening a case of theft against Audi Centre Sandton as I had entrusted the company with my car.
It pains me that I have to take such measures against one the Best Brands.
