AF is stalling to pay out, perhaps leaching off the interest of the funds, while disorganizing people plans. They have a useless call centre which needs to communicate to the administrators, and never gets back to you. They all give different information. I escalated to their complaints department, and assured my issue would be resolved in 4 working days, today is the third. I called to follow up, only to be told the payment was rejected by their system.. and then I find gazillions of complaints about the same thing. The way they apologize, you would swear they are working around the clock to resolute your issue, only to get another apology.
