On Wednesday last week I mailed the Exide national office with a complaint about my car battery as I was having to jump start my car. The very next morning I got a call from a gentleman called Mark who took the time to listen to me and to explain how to get maximum performance out of a battery. Without any fuss he promptly arranged for a replacement battery. Thank you to Carlo and Monique at Battery Centre for their help as well.
