Terrible Service

Bought a BMW 320i at Autobahn BMW end of last year. Driving the car for 2 days the oil light appeared and the car was empy on oil. MBW advised that I should top up the oil and take it back to them, which I did. They checked the car and said all was fine and that they serviced the car and did not top up the oil, hence the reason for not having oil.

Then the bluetooth gave trouble which they did replace, picked up the car and without driving out of their driveway, the bluetooth box fell apart.

The car is still using oil, empty after 1000km, I have to take it in and then they top up and the same repeats itself. The car has intermittend problems with power, as it sometimes just idle, even if you are on the petrol peddle. I was told that they will look at a trade-in, since the vehicle gave problems from day one.

Latest is that the will not do the trade-in, but is handing it over to BMW as they will have to open the engin to see what is wrong.

They seldom return calls, give bad service, will definately not ever deal with them again.
