I bought a tombstone 2013 July I paid in cash the tombstone was erected on the 13th December 2013 after visit the branch a million times and thousands phone calls. On the 14t December 2013 I went to check the tombstone it was loose it can fall anytime and the pot plant was not there when I call the some lazy woman said I must take my complain to Gloria I called Gloria she didn't pick up the phone. I called again 2014 January they promised to sort it out on the 4th February today when I call them they don't pick up phones. I am disappointed in the service all I want is my money and they can go and take their tombstone
