In June this year Margaret Matlala ordered a tombstone from this company. She paid the FULL AMOUNT in cash, and sent through the correct wording to be written on the tombstone. She arranged with this company that the tombstone would be ready to be erected on Monday 23 September (3 months since she paid). To her disappointment when she went to this company, they had NOT EVEN started on the tombstone, and they had to wait till after dark so that the employees of this company could do the necessary printing on the tombstone and to take it to the graveyard to have it erected. This while all the family were there for the unveiling of the tombstone. Do these people take your money and do nothing about your order, until the very last minute?? And the owner and staff were not sympathetic at all.
