Thanks to BMW Zambezi auto for the professional manner in which they assisted me in resolving a very serious issue. I am not always the easiest person to deal with but their tact and understanding with which I was handled was not just surprising, but very "refreshing". Previous dealing with the service team was all but pleasant-very frustrating and disappointing.
