Melo had proven to be an extremely helpful service consultant at Renew-It Edenvale. He assisted me and handled my concerned enquiries, as well as eventual vehicle hand-over in a truly professional and commendable manner.
In addition to Melo's actions, I also want to commend Renew-It for their excellent workmanship in restoring my car to a condition even better than the one it was before the accident! They go the extra mile at no extra cost, and THAT is rare to find these days.
