I recently acquired the services of [URL Removed] to remove bees from my home. Angus, which, after pitching late, simply sprayed some poison on the bees and left after 15min. Didn't even bother to remove the bee hive - as their website explicitly promises. Just said that head office will send me a quote on removing the wax and honey. They sent me a quote for R3200 to spray some "magic" solution over the honey. After refusing to pay this, they reduced the price to R1800! I phoned Louise (sales manager) and asked her to remove the hive as promised on her website as other bees simply moved into the hive again the next day. I was told that I should have known that this would happen and that it is not her problem. When I referred to the promises made on her website, she told me that she would refund me my money as she hates working with clients like me who holds her responsible for things promised on her website! Needless to say, I haven't seen my refund yet. Called another company, who professionally removed the bees, beehive and honey for R950 (not even close to the R3950 quote) and gave me a 4 week guarantee on their work.
