Its been an hour so far, over two days, trying to pay a R28 toll bill. Pathetic call centre service. Unclear menu options. Long irrelevant scripts. Many barriers to hurdle like what is your pin? when I have not registered and have no pin. So I have employed a staff member to do it. We have put in a total of an hour of phone calls so far and it is not yet resolved. The cost of the phone calls now probably exceeds the toll bill. Unbelievable!
