False Promises and bad attitude

I had a monthly parking ticket at centurion mall. i applied for it and i was told to pay a deposit fee and that fee is refundable upon termination of contract, provided you notify them a month in advance. I left centurion in October last year, notifed them on time but still i haven't received my deposit. Lucele Williams the manager was VERY RUDE when i came to query about my deposit and she was screaming at me, telling me it's not her fault my deposit is not yet aid back to me. She was screaming at me and she ended up walking away from me, leaving me there looking like a fool.
