Had a flat wheel and phoned Volkswagen Wonderboom and spoke to the workshop manager. I was rude and apologize profusely. he was a gentleman at all times. I was looking for the key to unlock the wheel nuts on the VW Vivo.
After explaining to me and me getting more upset, he took my address which is 9km from their workshop and himself and a technician came and assisted me.
They even changed the wheel and was more than helpful.
This is exceptional service and a super effort from VW staff to a client.
