On the 13th of November 2013, I Deposited R450.00 to their account number 11522208 (Standard Bank). I sent the proof of payment with a copy of my ID and the Power of Attorney Document on the 14th. these documents were acknowledged and everything was apparently in order.
After a month, I sent them a follow-up email to check how far is the process as it was taking longer than their stipulated timeline of approximately (4 weeks), to date I haven't heard anything from them.
We opt for these services for convenient purposes, but clearly we have been.
What are the chances of getting who the culprits are through their bank details.
I'm so devastated.
