Hi went to Westvaal in Secunda to bay a car. I saw a Audi there and asked the dealer Frans Cronje what the model the car is. He said its a Audi TT 1.8 Roadster. I phone other dealers to find out if its a good price for the Audi TT Roadster. They said yes, on this principle I bought the car. After 3 months I went to VW in Trichardt to trade the car in. They check on the system and informed me that the car in indeed not a Roadster but a Audi TT Coupe 1.8. I phoned Philip and asked him for a solution. He spoke to Stephan Krause at VW and said they are willing to cover the car for R85000.00. At the end of the day they could not find a car for me and thus I went back and ask Philip to get me a VW Polo at the other Wesbank branches. The First Polo was advertised as a Polo Vivo Trendline, but when I phone VW PE they said it is not a Trendline but a basic model. Again there was. The second Polo Vivo GT I wasn't interest in because the car was in a bad shape. So I went back to VW Trichardt with the offer of R85000.00 still in mind. When the VW dealer phone Philip he said they are only willing to pay the difference of R9000.00 between the models to my account.
