WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVeR!!!

On 17/12/2013 I went to the rand ridge mall post office to purchase an annual fishing license for my December holiday. Upon completing the form, I handed the application in which was then captured by Jolene Moodley. I was advise to pay R170. I queried why it was so high and was advised that this is what the system calculated so I paid. I accompanied my brother when he went to purchase his license in Ballito and he was charged much less (R76 or something). At this point I queried my high fee only to be shown that I had actually been charged for angling as well as spear fishing which I DID NOT INDICATE! I returned from my leave recently and only found time today to go query this at rand ridge PO with her. I have never been treated so badly in my life. This woman refused to acknowledge my concern, admit her Fault of charging me for both when I selected 1 and refused to refund me. They had a poster on the wall describing the customer complaints process advising that you can log a complaint by phone, fax, email or in person at the PO. She would not take my complaint and passed me onto the call center whom I tried calling - sat waiting for an answer for 10 min with no luck! UNACCEPTABLE!
