Very poor service. The owner, Paul Marks is rude and uninterested in his customers. He insists on payment up front despite non delivery of service. Our pool has been green for 3 months now and he has not serviced our pool over December or for 2 weeks of this month despite being paid up front and increasing his fees. He sends out statements which skip receipts and then cancels his service without notice. This is even after he has received proof of payment. No apology was given and he has the audacity to blame his customer for his crooked accounting!
