I took my car in for an assessment on 07/01/2014. Riekert inspected my vehicle and took all my details. He said he'd send me a quote so that I can book my car in. I have sent hin an email reminding him that I am still waiting for the quotation, I phone him almost daily and he never returns my calls. I leave messages with their switchboard and their managers, but still .. I have to wait.
