I had to replace the front brake pads on my Ford Everest and were severely pushed to have access to my vehicle. A large/whole day in a Workshop would have been a huge issue. When booking the "job" I've mentioned it to Sanet, a service advisor, and they organised that I could bring my car in and wait for it.
Booked the car in at 7:30 and had it back at 8:15 and 2 cups of coffee later!!!
These guys really go out of their way to give stunning service to a customer!!!
