Mandarin car parts distributors sold and delivered me a reject or damaged and substandard chana star 1.3 mini front bumper. When i checked the bumper with the panel beater who was to fit it on for we discovered it was substandard with misding parts. The bumper was not even wrapped or packaged at all. When i reported to Mr Anthony Tshastinde the salesman who sold me the car parts he told ne that he spoke to his manager who said they cannot help me because i signed that i received the goods when the driver delivered. I even told thedriver that the bumpetdid not look right to me but ineeded my mechanic to check and give me an expert opinion, to my utter disappointment the mechanic confirmed the bumper was scrap. I am now sitting with a scrap bumper and a damaged car. The cash sale number is HQ-CS066885 and the Purchase order # is HQ-ES019102 Please help.
