Mistsubishi Sandton's response is disappointingly vague and evasive. I had hoped they were better than that.
Really David there is not a single straight forward answer to any of my questions and it is now perfectly clear to me that there is no intention of providing any straight answers.
Having a customer care department that offers those sort of answers to try to appease it's customers is disingenuous, seems superfluous to requirements and is a sad refection of the ethos of the company.
Needless to say I remain thoroughly dissatisfied. It is what it is.
