I am a Hyndai client and I was told that when i bring or refer a client to them and my referals deal gets approved I will recieve a certain comission for the referral and so I therefore referred a friend and his deal got approve, but I did not get my commision. Now I have called the Benoni guys on sereval occasions trying to find out what is the problem and (Mr. William) the Saleperson failed to assist and resolve my issue and so I took the matter up with the Manager (Mr. Kennedy) who promised to resolve the issue. But up to this date I have not had any feedback from them. I must say i find this very unprofessional and unacceptable decieving.
