I recently purchased a pre-owned i20, from the Benoni branch.
The deal was delayed due to a system error, which was disappointing. I was constantly on the phone with the dealer which may have been annoying to them, they handled my constant queries very professionally.
i was then promised my car on the Monday the 20th of Jan, during this discussion i emphasized that the car needs to be Clean (i was promised a Valet), the three new tyres required were to be put on and the windshield cracks fixed.
i picked the car up on Monday and in my excitement did not notice its true state.
when i got home and inspected the car it was filthy, NO VALET was done, when i complained the next day Ricardo the sales person informed me that "it was crazy here" and as a result he could not properly inspect the vehicle.
the windscreen could not be fixed in time so i was promised a technician would be called out resolve the matter. i have heard NOTHING!!
Hyundai head office called me twice, i told them this story. i was promised feedback twice i have heard NOTHING.
it seems that once these clowns have your money they stop caring.
buy a Hyundai its an awesome car just don't buy it from Benoni.
