Had 2 AC's installed by 1 Stop. They very quick with a quote and invoicing but after that the actual services and installation (subcontracted) was pathetic.
With initial installation they did not have the required installation materials for the AC's that they had to install. After promising to return the next morning to complete the installation they did not return nor call to inform me that they will not be able to do so. i had to contact them to ask when this will be done.
After installation one of the AC's started giving a error. I contacted them to have the fault corrected and was told to contact the sub contractor directly (they did not really care), which I did. He (Eric) did not really seem interested and after making arrangement for correcting the fault did not arrive. Second arrangement, again did not arrive. I contact 1 Stop to request that someone else do correction as Eric seems uninterested to do so. Second contractor also did not arrive. Third one eventually (after 2 months) arrived and corrected the initial installation. Had the AC's serviced later and turned out that the installation wasn't done correctly either - warranty voided!! Will never use them for anything
