Very good listeners with NO ACTION

My Peugeot 308 XT went in for all it's services in the last 100 000km. First there was a recall and the timing chain replaced short after purchase at Menlyn. Then Peugeot Tygervalley replaced it again on 80 000 and once again on 100 000. They contacted me and stated fees that need to be paid (in the region of R5000) and Headoffice will only pay around R900. First, they let me know, at 16h00 the afternoon, they will need my car overnight whith no car to give me I now have to scramble to get a rental. After two days I went to collect my car with a shock of a R13 000 bill and NOT R5000. On the bill it also gives only R550 assistance from Peugeot and NOT R900. So, 3 months before I ordered a water bottle because they did not fix a warning sign problem the previously. It took, 3 calls 2 visits and paid deposit to get the waterbottle. When I saw the bill, they replaced the waterpump which they discovered was the original problem and should have been fixed under the maintanance plan. My steering wheel has a thin film on and were pealing last year which they reaplaced the steering wheel. It started bubling again and they said they will take picture and get back to me from Peugeot, NOTHING!
