West Rand Locksmith & Number Plates were contacted over a period of 2 months to do call outs for 24 Fix in various area and when accounts were submitted and needed to be paid we noticed we had not been paid in full for work done which was mostly out of our Krugersdorp area for which higher fees are charged as they were in area way out of our boundary. Approached 24 Fix spoke to various person including Johann Stemet who informed me that they refuse to pay the outstanding monies owing. Reason given was that they have tape recordings and when asked if we could help them in a specific are we said we would make a plan and that that gave them the right to pay only the within Krugersdorp boundary prices for jobs as far as Centurion, Germiston etc. At no stage did the call centre ask for a price to be quoted and at no stage did 24 Fix ever ask that a quote be given prior to call out & we were told we were entitled to charge R3 per km to and from a job out of our area which we never did we charged way less and even then we have not been paid in full for these call outs. I have had phone put down on me and the CEO tell me must stop calling for the money outstanding they not paying it.
