Technician issued a estimate quote and keot machine he never logged it when asked to return it we were told that he wasn't going to return and that I had given him a note saying that he could keep the machine, blatant lie, reported it to the management of EOS they had no clue about quote or machine, machine was returned by manager who fetched it, disassembled; we sent it back, dissatisfied, we were told that no work or checks would be done and also implied that we had disassembled it to start with, Andre Erfort is no longer with EOS and management is reserving the right to service and will notentertaink our valid claim that there was no reason to disassemble as all the necessary info was on the outside of casing, our property for which we received a valid quote/receipt with company details and stamp was and destroyed under the banner of EOS And now we are being dismissed
