Oh I so wish I'd searched for other people's views on this company before signing up with them!
I signed a contract late Oct/ early Nov with them already breathing down my neck that if I want them to complete the job in 2013, then I had to deposit 65% of quoted fee. Safe to say, it is now the 22 January 2014 and the job is still not done. Over and above that, I've now had to pay another 20%!
It turns out the original person i dealt with has been removed from the project. I've had 3 project managers. A person called Sean initially promised to crack the whip, but he also disappeared. Even worse, now they've planted a patchy horrible looking grass. When I asked if they'll be leaving my property like that, they've now given me an extra quote if I want the place to look beautiful. Huh? This after they promised they'd make sure the place would definitely be professionally handled! The original man had even promised to show my gardener how to trim my lavenders properly!!! Goodness
