When requesting piercing retainers, the shop owner Warren gave 2nd hand dirty Piercing retainers. When I confronted them they and advised this was how they received them from the supplier. As I knew this was incorrect I told them so. They also charged double the price of other suppliers.
Instead of admitting their error - the owner - Warren had a complete tantrum - in the shop - infront of customers.
I then had to put up with threatening SMS's from the silly little peircing lady - who is very obviously involved with the owner as she was not involved at all - yet she sent multiple disgusting and threatening SMS's to me... Acted like one of the contestants on the Jerry Springer show...
I since managed to get the retainers at another supplier - all hygenically wrapped and at half the price.
The people working at the shop have got far to big for their boots and have no qualms at lying and from their clients - I would never recommend them - I actually recommend all to stay away
