I have a GHD gold, it just stopped working, so I sent it back to them and they did replace it no problem.. However a few months later the GHD stops working again, so I send it back again, its been like 3 weeks and still no word or delivery of a new GHD, I have to constantly call and find out what is going on, everytime I call, I have to gold for long periods of time and its a mission to find out what's going on. It seems as tho most of the staff at GHD are incompotent, a staff member even said that my details were incorrect, which it wasn't... This is really disgusting behavior from a well established organisation like ghd, they say they will call you back and just don't!
