In December 2013, I purchased Two items of dog furniture: a Three-step aid and a portable Doggy Loader ramp for my old Labrador to help her to climb into and out of my SUV with her bad hips.
Despite being very busy Scratzme ensured that my goods were ready on time for collection. After trying out both products we decided to keep the Three-step aid, which seemed more comfortable for Layla, my labby.
Although I only returned the Doggy Loader more than a month later because we were away on holiday, Ronel Ebel the owner, happily offered a refund and offered advice on what was best for Layla.
Scratzme is truly concerned for the welfare of its customers, -our beloved pets (and their owners)!
