I was abroad and unable to pick up my Jozi night race, race pack at the race expo. I was denied the ability to pick up the pack on race day and as such could not compete in the race. This is very disappointing as i was very excited for the race. I was told I can pick up the pack afterwards at the Nike offices.(this does not help at all as I already missed the race) Not even the slightest attempt was made to help me.
