1) Your Website has been malfunctioning for the last four days.
2) I have received a handover notification for an amount owed, but no one can tell me what it is in respect of. The reference is identical to the reference on a letter thanking me for paying an outstanding amount.
3) Your call centre has made promises to clarify what the charge is in respect of, but never came back to me.
Since I have acquired an etag, I have spent more time on the phone trying to resolve issues than I have using the freeways. Makes you think doesn't it?
