I bought a Hyundai IX35 on HP from the Cresta branch, firstly they didn't explain how the car operations, sold the car in false pretence, registered the vehicle in my name as the owner & title holder. Discovered the mistake a year later, rectified the problem; however did not inform me as the customer that new license disc were obtained. I received a traffic fine for displaying an expiry disc (would not have received a renewal as the expiry date changed on the new disc). The same day reported this to the management and promise to sort it out. Six months later still battling with the dealer to pay the fine as promised and consultants, dealers don't phone the client back. I sold the IX35 and will never buy a Hyundai again and will spread this bad service to family, friends and the company that i work for (One of the big 4)
