I had an appointment with sales person regarding a faulty car, the responsible sales person did not pitch and did not make any arrangements as per our agreement. I was received by Abnor who went the extra mile to assist me. The morning would have ended as a disaster but he made sure that I was properly and professionally assisted. Thank you very much Abnor for your diligence and assistance. I have received my car back and I have not experienced the fault I reported as yet and I hope its sorted for good.
