My car was with you guys to be fixed in January 2014.
I am not impressed with your work. The quote (done by Matthew) I got from you in December stated that the tailgate will be replaced with a NEW one, that was not done, you can actually see the body putty on it and there is still a dent.
Also the mat in my boot is messed up and the blending done on the car looks horrible.
I phoned on Thursday morning and spoke to a lady named Yolandi or Yolanda, she said she will phone me back, but still no response.
I am so not happy with this service, would like if somebody can contact me who takes pride in their job and get this sorted in a professional manner.
