No pictures for Child

During the month of March, there was a photo shoot for the kids which was scheduled on the 13th of March. Payments were supposed to be made before the time of the photo shoot (school fees payment must include R50 for the photos). I made the payment on the 1st of March to accomodate the photo shoot. Until today I havent received my child's photos. I called the school and the lady at reception told me that there was NO pictures taken for my child. From Absa to Absa, payments are immediately. She goes to the bank on the 11th of March, so on that day she couldid see that I paid??? She tells me she will refund me, I don't want the money back, I WANT photos to be taken for my child. And for her to tell me that its useless for the photographer to only just come for one child is unacceptable
