They are and they will try to sell you a car even if you don't want too, firstly they will tell you about how bad is your name and no bank will accept you. Then get their finance manager to phone and swear at you saying you can't pull out from offer to purchase. They are really rediculars and don't stop phoning my work place, even I've told them to stop cause I can't afford the car anyways as they indicated.
