After recently losing my only set of car keys, i opted to turn to FORD EAGLE, in Bramley, for help. What a PLEASURE!! Not ONLY was my problem solved within 24 hours, but the level of service was INCREDIBLE! The MOST amazing, professional driver, Lucky, was kind enough to take me home & collect me again the following day.. He was friendly, kind & ON TIME!! Crystal, the lady behind the front desk, was accomadating & also, extremely professional. After being suprised with an incredible effort by FORD EAGLE staff, to resolve ALL my problems, i can & WILL recommend them to EVERYONE!! How refreshing! ALL the staff were friendly & kind, that, coupled with a warm, inviting & all round FRESH atmosphere, FORD EAGLE is tops. They managed to turn my nightmare into an eye opening experience. Well Done!! I truly hope that all the staff get recognition for a job well done, & that Crystal & Lucky especially, are rewarded for their great efforts!! Thank You so much guys! Keep up the good work & know that it is NOT unseen! We need more of these people around. Their HAPPY vibes definately rubbed off on me!
