A parcel was sent from South Africa to Nigeria Prior to delivery insurance was taken out on the parcel When the parcel arrived in Johannesburg, a request was made to cancel the delivery this request was done within a 12 hour time frame DHL informed me that they can't Cancel the delivery as the item had already been loaded onto the Courier plane but will ensure that it will be sent back to S.A. from their office in Nigeria
on arrival in Nigeria the'item was delivered to the stipulated address when DHL Realised that the panel was instructed not to be delivered a driver went back to Retrieve the item but was unsuccessful
DHL are now refusing to reimburse me despite that the error was on their side after Several e-mails they have not responded back to me waybill number 24 6566 6755

I am currently out of the country and Can only be contacted Via email, [Email Removed] due to return in 2 weeks
