There are huge BUGS in your procedures

I am appalled by the pathetic service from who I always assumed to be the best pest control company in the country. But that was just an assumption that was proven to be very wrong.

I called Rentokil on Monday 6th January 2014 to request an inspection at my home for a possible termite infestation. I was told that an agent would call me shortly. A few hours passed without any joy and so I called again and I was told the same thing.

On Tuesday (7th Jan 2014) at 15h00 someone from Rentokil Cape Town called and told me that because I am in Gauteng, he will get the Gauteng office to call me (WHY did CPT call in the first place???). He also gave me a number to call in Gauteng if they didnt call me. As you can guess, no one called! So I called the number (0102481300) and was told that an agent would call me (Rentokil should make a song with those lyrics (I will get an agent to call you...)!).

Eventually on Wednesday I managed to get the number for the Centurion office & called them & hey, guess what? The lady told me that she would get an AGENT TO CALL ME!

8 days later I am still waiting. This is absolutely rubbish service as per previous complaints & needs to be EXTERMINATED!
