Residential query concerning a rat in my roof. These guys service so many areas and are "the" name so I thought I would give them a try.

The job has now been done by another provider and I'm still waiting on a callback from their call center for a quote. Haha. They couldn't be bothered. Submitted via website and no response. Too big to care about residential customers or whatever.

In the end I went with Mostert Pest Control. FLIPPING EXCELLENT. Efficient, polite, on time etc. I recommend you don't bother sitting around waiting for Rentokil to have the charity to respond to you and that you go with Mostert (for example). Hoping I don't need a pest controller in the near future but if I do, I won't be trying Rentokil.
