I signed a one year contract with Rentokil last year in April and two months before it ended, I sent an email to Rentokil officially telling them that I will not be renewing my contract with them. I got a call two days later from Melanie, Client Relations Consultant and explained my reasons. My contract officially ended in April and in May, money was deducted from my account for NO REASON! I called Melanie and she said they would sort it out by the end of the month. I waited and called her again in June and sent her countless emails but to no avail. I even spoke to other consultants and they all said they'd come back to me. It's not August and the money has still not been reimbursed which is unacceptable. Please sort of my reimbursement by this month or I will take the matter further!!
